Returns & Refunds

We want you and your cat to be happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day Happiness Guarantee covers you.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

Perishable items, grooming products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to return

Email hello@dev.kikimeow.store with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
